1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Hyper Mind Technologies, LLC ("we", "us") use on hypermind.tech, why we use them, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. We use the word "cookies" here to cover those technologies where they serve a similar purpose.
3. Your consent
When you first visit this site, we show a cookie notice. You must record a choice before we set non-essential cookies:
- Essential only — we only use cookies needed to operate the site and remember that you declined analytics.
- Accept all — essential cookies plus analytics cookies (when analytics is configured for this deployment).
- Cookie Settings — fine-tune categories at any time on the Cookie Settings page.
Your choice is stored for up to one year in a first-party cookie and in browser local storage. If we materially change this policy, we may ask you to confirm again (consent version bump).
4. Cookie categories we use
4.1 Essential (always active)
These are necessary for the site to work and to honour your preferences. They do not require consent under most cookie laws, but we still disclose them.

4.2 Analytics (only with your permission)
If you accept analytics, we may load privacy-oriented measurement tools to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are read, rough geography, referrers). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

If no analytics environment variables are configured and you have not accepted analytics, no analytics scripts load. Even when configured, scripts load only after you accept analytics cookies.
5. What we do not use
- Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels for ads
- Sale of personal data or cookie-derived profiles to data brokers
6. How to change or withdraw consent
You can change your mind at any time on the Cookie Settings page (also linked in the site footer). You can also clear site data in your browser, which removes our consent cookie and will show the notice again on your next visit.
Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy. Blocking all cookies may break features that rely on essential storage (including remembering that you already set preferences).
7. Contact form and other processing
Information you submit through the contact form is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. That processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (or on steps prior to a contract), not on analytics cookies.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may require a new consent choice.
